Where your team carries load

These are the two windows where your people are most involved — plan for them early.

Peak 1 — Discovery & scope

Stages 4–5

Your subject-matter experts join working sessions and review the scope document.

Peak 2 — Migration review, testing & training

Stages 7–9

Your team reviews migrated data when applicable, tests Momentum AMP, and attends training alongside their day jobs.

Before we start

  • Complete the short Evaluate question set your Account Executive sends during your early conversations — before any contract is signed.
  • Name an executive sponsor and a day-to-day project contact.
  • Identify the subject-matter experts who know how your agency works today.
  • Protect calendar time for discovery, testing and training weeks.
  • Agree internally who can approve scope, data accuracy and go-live.
  • Plan who will be your internal champions after go-live.

You'll complete three questionnaires before scope is finalized, then approve scope, data accuracy (when your data is moved), and go-live, which includes confirming testing is complete — see all forms & sign-offs. Want the phase-by-phase view? Review phase details.
